Meter Installation for all Flat Rate Services

Our hardworking crews are in the process of installing meters on Flat Rate services throughout the community. If your service currently does not have a meter installed, one will be installed by the end of 2024.

Customers with these new meters will continue to be billed at the flat rate until December 31, 2024. The State of California regulations require all water services in the State to be metered by January. 1, 2025. 

Our Office lobby is closed until further notice, please use our drive up window to make payments. 

******SHUT OFF BILL PAYMENTS******

Payments must be paid in full by the 10th of the month. If the bill is not paid by the 10th,  a late penalty fee plus service charge of $35.00 will be added to your account. Your account will be subject to termination of service and locked off without further notice.

PARTIAL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT TO PREVENT DISRUPTION OF SERVICE OR PENALTIES ASSESSED.  Please contact our office to verify total amount due to ensure there will not be a disruption of service. 

TO RESTORE SERVICE, PAYMENT OF PAST DUE CHARGES PLUS ALL ADDITIONAL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
